Room Far too small. Windows looked on to lift shaft. No light and very restrictive.
Great hotel on perfect location near Piazza Navona, friendly personnel and nice restaurants and bars closeby.
Bring earplugs if you want a good night sleep! Breakfast is OK but alternatives in bars around are much better.
Excellent location, excellent room, helpful staff.
The only thing that we did not like, that as we came by plane late, we were sent to a different location near Spanish steps. Initially, we have been told, that we should stay there for all 4 nights although we reserved Residenza Domizia, however after the discussions, we were very helpfully serviced and placed to the hotel we ordered initially.
Nice rooms with modern facilities in the center of the old area, excellent location, staff does the best to help.
Some of the rooms are too small and w/o aired windows.
Very comfortable and clean room with great location off the main streets
I wasnt able to pick up wireless internet sometimes
We enjoyed our stay at Residenzia Domizia, Christina was extremely helpful at check in, she recommended a sister property which turned out to be the better location for us.The property is new, very clean, modern, large room by Europeon standards. Great location, directly across the street from Santangelo Castle (a must see) and a ten minute easy walk to Vatican City. Easy walking to Piazza Navona as well, overall nice accomodations.
If you are light sleepers or city noice is a problem for you, this is not the location for you, the rooms face a rather busy street. Room #4 has a small Gepetto type bathroom, cute bute would not accomodate tall folks....
A great value for money hotel in an excellent location in Rome.
The breakfast provided by a local cafe was Just adequate.
The hotel was conveniently located a few minutes walk from a series of narrow streets filled with great restaurants and bars. The main tourist sites were also within easy walking distance. The hotel only has a handful of rooms which makes for a more personable pleasant stay.
The location was good enoguh to satisfy the imagination of someone that enjoys the simple things
The hotel was excellently situated to meet our needs for a short city break. Very clean and tidy.
The hotel had no other facilities other than the room and toilets. Very rarely reception was unmanned so we could not ask questions.
The best aspect of the hotel (or at least the part of it at which we stayed) is its location in Rome
The breakfast offered was poor. On the day of our departure for Rome, we were informed that we could not stay at the main part of the hotel due to problems with the electricity and were moved to an annex that was well located but had no facilities.
Very nice to be in the middle of Rom, with easy access to all great places
Exellent location, nice staff, nice room, beautiful furniture, rather quite
Windows in my room looked into inner yard and there were air conditioners on the windows nearby. Luckily it was not too hot and most of the time they were off, but when they were on, it was awful. The bathroom was quite spacious, but the shower cabin too small - I could manage it, but my husband couldn't fit in.
Perfect location, which overweights all minor drawbacks; clean (although quite small) room.
1) Even a piece of cheese or a small yoghurt for breakfast would greatly improve the overall impression) 2) No lift 3) strong and irritating room deodorant
After reading the reviews online regarding the different hotels in Rome, we chose this hotel based on what we read. The location of the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean with air conditioning, We found our room to be very romantic.. We had a large window that looked down into the alley that was only a few steps from the main street. We were only a block from the Piazza Navona. (A great place to spend an evening or 2.) Breakfast was delightful - coffee, warm milk in a caraffe, rolls, cereal, fruit, and our favorite, fresh briosche. Thomas, the manager, was extremely helpful and very professional. If we are ever fortunate enough to return to Rome, this is definately where we will stay. Our experience was wonderful!
